Multi-Screw Pumps

Designed to work with liquids ranging from low to high lubrication, low to high viscosity, as well as shear-sensitive or chemically aggressive media.

The multi-screw pump is a positive displacement rotary pump in which the shape of the rotors resembles a screw spindle. It consists of two or more counter-rotating rotors and a casing that encloses the rotors.

The rotors are designed with a regular thread-like profile and mesh together like gears. The cavities created by these three constructive elements form the pumping spaces. As the rotor rotates, they move in the direction of the machine and pump the medium from the suction side to the pressure side.

The multi-screw design also reduces the occurrence of noise compared to straight-tooth gear pumps. This significantly lowers the noise level in production. Additionally, this type of pump is especially suitable for non-compressible media, including viscous media, to generate high pressures.

Lobe Pumps

Continuous and Smooth Pumping

Lobe pumps are self-priming, valveless, and rotary positive displacement pumps with two intermeshing rotating lobes. The rotation of the lobes creates negative pressure on the suction side, which draws in the pumped medium.

The lobes push the medium to the pressure area. They move from two to six cavity fills per revolution, depending on the number of blades on the rotor. This allows for proportional metering to the speed. Thanks to the unique spatial separation between the pump and the gear chamber, lobe pumps also provide maximum operational safety. With lobe pumps, you can pump media of low and high viscosity. Due to the large free passage and low speeds, they are unaffected by blockages, jams, and foreign bodies. Different solid contents have little influence on the pumping speed, and pressure changes do not affect it either. This allows you to enjoy continuous and high-performance pumping.
